We’re also constantly evolving our own organisation to make it more impactful, insightful, and empowering for our clients. That’s why I’m so proud to announce that Better Minds at Work and Peak4 are joining forces to become your new leader in transformational change: Better Minds.

With this evolution, our team will nearly double in size, which means we can move quicker and cover more ground. We’ll have a new second home in Amsterdam, where Peak4 has a strong legacy and stellar reputation building teams, strengthening culture, and developing leaders from across industries.

Better Minds will also remain rooted in Antwerp, incorporating the expertise and insights of the Peak4 team into our services. Better Minds will also remain part of Golazo, the leading sports and well-being company in Europe, where we work together towards a healthier and happier society.

If you’ve known us for a while, you may notice that our name and team aren’t the only change. We’ve also developed a new brand identity and online home. Our goal is to make it easier and simpler for everyone to be able to access our expertise, understand our services, and get in touch.

While we’re embracing these changes, the essential ingredients of our work remain consistent. You can expect the same science-backed approach, thoughtfulness, and care in engagement with the Better Minds team. What you already know and love about our work is here to stay — there will just be more of it.
