Floor Fangman is an experienced leader with a strong background in People and Business Operations. In her role as COO of Better Minds Netherlands, she helps shape the organisation’s continued growth and professionalisation, with a clear focus on scalability, operational clarity and a human- centred company culture.

Floor operates at the intersection of strategy and humanity. She combines a sharp eye for processes and growth with a deep understanding of what people need to perform sustainably. From this perspective, she works on building strong teams, future-oriented collaborations and long-term partnerships that support the ambitions of Better Minds.

Previously, Floor gained leadership experience at organisations such as L’Oréal, Temper and TicketSwap. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen, complemented by a minor in Entrepreneurship. This combination of people, business and entrepreneurship continues to shape the core of her work today.
