She built this experience across three continents, within some of the most demanding organisations in the world. As a trainer and coach, she puts accountability and ownership at the heart of every workshop she leads.

Her career was forged in Strategic HR and Talent Management at global players such as Volvo and Lego, where she led leadership programmes and large-scale people transformations for multinational teams across Europe, Asia and the Americas. That international backbone is still visible in everything she does: a sharp read on complex, multicultural organisations, and the ability to get leaders moving fast.

Today, she partners with executives, leadership teams and organisations to turn strategy into aligned action. She strengthens accountability, ownership and collaboration, especially in complex change contexts where clarity and commitment make or break the outcome. She is certified in ADKAR and supports Better Minds clients, including Elia, Engie, Roche and Katoen Natie, in leadership development and organisational change.

As a strategic facilitator, Elke designs and leads tailor-made, interactive workshops, each built around one clear objective, whether that is team alignment, decision-making, ownership or momentum for change. Her facilitation consistently moves groups beyond discussion, into concrete decisions and lasting action.
