Marjolein Peters-Voets

Marjolein Peters-Voets helps organisations bring people and strategy together. She brings extensive experience in transformation, leadership and learning, with a deep understanding of how change actually works in practice.

Marjolein studied Strategic Human Resources Management at Utrecht University and spent over fifteen years working in international environments across retail and FMCG. She built her expertise at brands including The Body Shop, Rituals and L'Oréal, ranging from ambitious scale-ups to globally established names. At L'Oréal, she held successive roles as HR Manager, Head of Learning & Transformation, and Transformation Director. In these positions, she led organisation-wide change programmes, shaped leadership culture, and introduced new ways of working. She completed a change management programme (Prosci) and is currently completing a post-graduate professional coaching qualification at the UNLP Institute.

Marjolein believes that change only succeeds when people are genuinely part of it. Her approach is both strategic and human. She combines clear structure and vision with a sincere focus on the people behind the process. As a coach and facilitator, she helps organisations grow not just in structure, but in culture and connection.
