Today, many women play an important role within organizations. They take responsibility, connect people and deliver results.

At the same time, many experience a certain tension. The combination of ambition, commitment and high expectations can keep them moving forward, caught in the daily balancing act between career and family, with little room to pause and reflect on the question:

Am I working in a way that truly suits me?

Personal leadership does not begin with working harder or doing more. It begins with self-awareness.

Together, we help you understand:

  • what drives you
  • which patterns influence your behaviour
  • where you gain energy and where you feel drained
  • how you naturally lead, make decisions and collaborate

In this workshop, guided by Dana Wildeman, participants are invited to consciously slow down and reflect on themselves as both professionals and individuals. Not only through analysis, but also through attention to feeling and intuition.

Timeline

1. Where are you today?

We begin with a moment of reflection.

Participants explore where they currently stand in their professional role and where they see opportunities for growth. We also introduce several insights into the psychological drivers that influence behaviour.

2. Patterns and automatic roles

Many behavioural patterns originate from experiences that once helped us function effectively.

For example:

  • taking on a lot of responsibility
  • maintaining harmony
  • solving problems independently
  • staying strong for others

In this part of the workshop, we explore which patterns are recognisable for you and how they can be both supportive and limiting.

3. Head, heart and body

Leadership is not only a cognitive process. The body also plays an important role in how we perceive signals.

Through simple exercises, we reflect on:

  • physical signals of tension or relaxation
  • intuitive signals when making choices
  • the interaction between thinking, feeling and acting

4. Ambition and balance

What does success mean to you?

In this part, we explore:

  • what motivates you in your work
  • where you would like to create more space
  • what may deserve less attention

This helps you reconnect with what truly matters to you.

5. Bringing insights into practice

We conclude with reflection and a practical translation to the workplace.

Participants identify one concrete experiment or action they will take forward in the coming period.
